It is composed of various natural extracts including okra extract, aloe vera leaf juice, hydrolyzed soy protein, caffeine, citrus unshiu peel extract, and raspberry seed oil, along with wetting agents, preservatives, surfactants, a chelator, and sodium chloride. The gel is believed to exert anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and wetting properties, aiming to improve tear film stability, reduce corneal damage, and alleviate ocular symptoms.
