Overview

NAV-004 is a next-generation immunotoxin developed by Navrogen. It is a de-immunized immunotoxin specifically designed to target and kill regulatory T cells (T regs) via engagement of their CD25 receptors. By eliminating T regs, which produce immunosuppressive factors in the tumor microenvironment, NAV-004 aims to remove suppression on effector immune cells, thereby restoring and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The drug features an improved immunogenic profile compared to earlier immunotoxins[2].
