NAV-242

NAV-242 is a next-generation, engineered bispecific antibody developed by Navigator Medicines. It targets and inhibits both OX40 ligand (OX40L) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), two key mediators in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. By simultaneously blocking OX40L-induced T cell co-stimulation and TNFα-driven inflammation, NAV-242 aims to downregulate both type 2 and non-type 2 immune responses, potentially offering improved therapeutic benefit for complex immune-mediated conditions. The drug is being investigated for the treatment of various immune system diseases, including Crohn's disease, hidradenitis suppurativa, and ulcerative colitis.
