Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Nava Digestive is a veterinary nutritional and mineral supplement developed by Navana Pharmaceuticals. It is formulated as an oral powder containing a combination of essential minerals (including cobalt chloride, zinc sulphate, sodium chloride, magnesium sulphate, copper sulphate, ferrous sulphate, manganese sulphate, and sodium selenite) and propionates (calcium propionate and sodium propionate). Nava Digestive is indicated for the treatment and prevention of indigestion, inappetence, diarrhea, ketosis, and poor milk or meat production in livestock such as cattle, buffalo, calves, sheep, and goats. The propionates serve as energy sources to alleviate negative energy balance, while the minerals support rumen microbial growth, enzymatic activity, and overall metabolic function.
