Nazoneem is an over-the-counter isotonic nasal spray marketed by Actor Pharma in South Africa. It is formulated with a combination of isotonic saline (sodium chloride) and *Azadirachta indica* (Neem) extract. The product is primarily indicated for nasal hygiene, the relief of nasal congestion, and the moisturizing of dry nasal passages.
