Overview

NB002 is a multifunctional, Fc-engineered, fully humanized antibody designed to block T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3 (TIM-3). Developed by Suzhou Neologics Bioscience Co., Ltd., it is being investigated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. TIM-3 is an immune checkpoint receptor that negatively regulates T-cell responses, and by blocking it, NB002 aims to reinvigorate anti-tumor immunity.
