Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NBF Gingival Gel is a topical oral gel formulated primarily for the prevention and management of gingival (gum) disease, oral mucositis, and other minor oral lesions. Its active ingredient is sodium monofluorophosphate, which helps prevent dental caries by promoting remineralization of tooth enamel. The product also contains a patented nano-bio-fusion (NBF) emulsion that delivers ultra-fine particles of antioxidants—specifically vitamins C and E—and propolis extract directly to the gums. This combination provides anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral properties and supports healing of inflamed or damaged oral tissues. The gel forms an adherent layer over the gums using nanotechnology for rapid absorption and targeted delivery. It is used to accelerate healing in conditions such as gingivitis, periodontitis, xerostomia-associated mucositis (including those caused by chemotherapy/radiotherapy or Sjögren’s syndrome), erosive lichen planus, mouth ulcers/lesions/blisters/cuts/cracks/tears following dental procedures or injuries from hot foods[1][5][6][8][9].
