NBI01

NBI01 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody candidate being developed by Noile-Immune Biotech for the treatment of cancer. The drug is designed to target and activate OX40 (also known as CD134 or Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 4), a co-stimulatory receptor primarily expressed on activated T cells. The antibody sequence for NBI01 was originally developed by Kyowa Kirin. As an OX40 agonist, NBI01 is intended to provide stimulatory signals that enhance T-cell proliferation, survival, and effector functions, thereby augmenting the body's immune response against tumors. This program is part of Noile-Immune's internal drug discovery pipeline focused on next-generation cancer immunotherapies.
