Overview

NBI04 is an investigational cancer immunotherapy being developed by Noile-Immune Biotech. It is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy that utilizes the company's proprietary PRIME (Proliferation-inducing and migration-enhancing) technology. This platform involves engineering CAR-T cells to co-express Interleukin-7 (IL-7) and Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19), which are intended to improve the proliferation, survival, and infiltration of both the CAR-T cells and endogenous immune cells into solid tumors. As of early 2024, NBI04 is in the pre-clinical stage of development for the treatment of solid tumors, with its specific tumor-associated antigen target currently undisclosed.
