Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NBL-022 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody being developed by NovaRock Biotherapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. It is designed to simultaneously target and inhibit the interleukin-4 receptor (IL4R) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), two critical signaling molecules in the type 2 inflammatory pathway. By blocking both pathways, NBL-022 aims to provide enhanced efficacy in conditions such as severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and atopic dermatitis compared to therapies targeting either pathway alone.
