Overview

NBL-030 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody developed by NovaRock Biotherapeutics. It is designed to simultaneously target the Interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) and Interleukin-25 (IL-25) pathways. By dual-targeting these pathways, NBL-030 aims to address Type 2 inflammation and epithelial-derived cytokine signaling, which are key drivers in chronic inflammatory respiratory and skin conditions. The drug is currently being investigated for the potential treatment of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and atopic dermatitis.
