**NBX-100** is an investigational oral, medium-duration psychedelic neuromedicine from Neurala Biosciences. It is a proprietary fixed-dose **DMT–harmala alkaloid** combination designed to produce a 3–5 hour psychoactive treatment session. The product combines a tryptamine psychedelic component with monoamine oxidase inhibitor harmala chemistry; Neurala states that its second-generation candidates incorporate proprietary structural refinements to the harmala components to optimize pharmacokinetics, therapeutic targeting, safety, and intellectual-property protection.
