NCK-1512

NCK-1512 is an investigational cell therapy being developed by the General Hospital of the Eastern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army of China for the treatment of advanced lung cancer. The therapy consists of cells engineered to secrete the immunostimulatory cytokines Interleukin-15 (IL-15) and Interleukin-12 (IL-12). These cytokines are known to enhance the proliferation, survival, and cytotoxic activity of T cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells within the tumor microenvironment. NCK-1512 is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial (ChiCTR2600119835) to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary antitumor efficacy in adult patients with advanced, metastatic, or recurrent lung cancer who have failed or are intolerant to standard therapies.
