Overview
NCThera is a proprietary theranostic nanoparticle platform developed by Flavocure in collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine. It is part of the broader NanoCaflanone™ Platform and is specifically engineered to deliver therapeutic payloads across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). The platform is described as configurable, allowing it to engage multiple molecular targets depending on the specific therapeutic application. NCThera is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders and various oncology indications.
