Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Nectin-4 antibody refers to a class of monoclonal antibodies or antibody fragments designed to target Poliovirus receptor-related protein 4 (Nectin-4), a cell adhesion molecule that is highly overexpressed in various solid tumors, including urothelial carcinoma, breast cancer, and lung cancer, while showing limited expression in normal adult tissues. These antibodies are utilized as targeting moieties in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), such as enfortumab vedotin, as well as in diagnostic imaging agents (e.g., PET tracers) and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals to selectively deliver cytotoxic payloads or radionuclides to Nectin-4-expressing cancer cells.
