Nefita

**Nefita** is a Steadfast renal-nutrition multivitamin brand intended to replenish water-soluble vitamins in people with kidney disease, including patients undergoing dialysis. The tablet formulation contains ascorbic acid, niacinamide, pyridoxine, folic acid, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, thiamine, methylcobalamin, and biotin; it is marketed for vitamin replacement where intake is inadequate or vitamin losses are excessive, including chronic renal failure and uremia. Steadfast also markets a Nefita injection with a different fixed combination of methylcobalamin, folic acid, niacinamide, and pyridoxine for post-dialysis nutritional support and anemia-related use. The Nefita name therefore covers more than one dosage form and composition.
