Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NEO-201 bispecific antibody is an engineered therapeutic candidate developed by Precision Biologics. It is derived from the NEO-201 monoclonal antibody, which specifically targets truncated O-glycans (such as Core 1 and Core 2 O-glycans) that are expressed on various solid and hematological tumors but absent in healthy tissues. As a bispecific antibody, it is designed to simultaneously bind to these tumor-associated glycans and a second target, typically an immune effector cell, to facilitate targeted tumor cell killing. It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various tumor types.
