NEO-811

NEO-811 is a novel investigational molecular glue degrader (MGD) developed by Neomorph, Inc. for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-resectable clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). As a cereblon-dependent small molecule, NEO-811 is designed to induce the targeted degradation of a specific disease-driving protein, thereby fully blocking a central signaling pathway implicated in the progression of ccRCC. The drug represents a small molecule modality utilizing a molecular glue mechanism of action to address previously undruggable proteins. NEO-811 is currently being evaluated as a monotherapy in a first-in-human Phase 1/2 clinical trial (NCT07300241), with the first patient dosed in early 2026.
