Neo-CRCVAS is a personalized neoantigen vaccine developed using whole-exome and RNA sequencing of murine microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC) cells. The vaccine comprises a panel of seven immunogenic neoantigens specific to the tumor, selected for their ability to elicit a tumor-specific immune response. Neo-CRCVAS functions as an immunotherapeutic agent designed to stimulate the host's immune system to recognize and attack colorectal cancer cells by presenting tumor-associated neoantigen peptides. It has primarily been tested in combination with regorafenib in preclinical models to boost anti-tumor efficacy, termed "RegoNeo." Mechanism involves antigen presentation and induction of a T-cell mediated immune response against tumor-specific neoantigen epitopes.[2][3]
