Overview

Neo-DCVAX (CBE 201) is an autologous Type 1 dendritic cell (DC1) vaccine being developed by Cell BioEngines for the treatment of solid tumor malignancies. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary cell engineering platform to generate highly potent dendritic cells designed to present neoantigens and stimulate a robust, tumor-specific T-cell response. By polarizing dendritic cells toward a Type 1 phenotype, the vaccine aims to enhance the production of IL-12 and promote the activation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and Th1 cells within the tumor microenvironment. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
