**Neo-MASCT** is an investigational, personalized autologous neoantigen-directed cellular immunotherapy that combines a neoantigen-loaded dendritic-cell vaccine with neoantigen-reactive autologous T cells. Dendritic cells are generated from a patient's peripheral blood, loaded with tumor neoantigens, and reinfused to prime tumor-specific immunity; antigen-pulsed dendritic cells are also used ex vivo to expand autologous cytotoxic T cells that are subsequently reinfused. The approach is intended to elicit and augment neoantigen-specific antitumor T-cell responses. It has been evaluated in a Phase I/II study in advanced non-small cell lung cancer and in a Phase II trial after radiofrequency ablation or surgical resection for primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
