Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NEO-PV-01 + carboplatin + pembrolizumab + pemetrexed is a combination therapy consisting of a personalized neoantigen vaccine (NEO-PV-01) with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (pembrolizumab). This regimen is designed for the treatment of advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as first-line therapy. NEO-PV-01 targets specific mutations in tumor DNA to create a customized treatment approach for each patient, while pembrolizumab blocks the PD-1 pathway to enhance anti-tumor immune responses, and the chemotherapy agents directly attack cancer cells.
