Overview

**NEO-STC-01** is an autologous T cell therapy candidate developed by Neon Therapeutics (acquired by BioNTech) that targets shared RAS neoantigens, which are tumor-specific antigens arising from mutations in RAS oncogenes commonly found in solid tumors. It is manufactured by isolating patient-derived peripheral blood mononuclear cells, stimulating them ex vivo with neoantigen peptides via the NEO-STIM process to expand RAS-specific T cells, and reinfusing them after lymphodepleting chemotherapy. Unlike fully personalized therapies like NEO-PTC-01, NEO-STC-01 focuses on shared neoantigens to enable off-the-shelf-like scalability while directing cytotoxic T cells against RAS-mutated tumors, with pancreatic cancer as a primary intended indication.[3][5]
