NEO-SV-01 is a neoantigen-based cancer vaccine developed for the treatment of a genetically defined subset of estrogen-receptor-positive cancers. It utilizes a personalized approach by identifying neoantigens present in an individual's tumor to create a customized vaccine intended to elicit a targeted immune response, specifically aiming to harness the body's T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells bearing these tumor-specific antigens[3]. The vaccine aims to amplify anti-tumor immunity and may be combined with other immunotherapeutic agents. NEO-SV-01 was developed using genomic and bioinformatic analyses to select the most immunogenic neoantigens for each patient, representing a targeted and individualized strategy within cancer immunotherapy.
