**NEO100** is a highly purified (>99%) formulation of perillyl alcohol (POH), a natural monoterpene derived from essential oils of plants like lavender and citrus, developed for intranasal delivery to treat brain cancers. Administered via nebulizer four times daily, it leverages the olfactory pathway to bypass the blood-brain barrier (BBB), enabling direct brain penetration with rapid systemic clearance and minimal toxicity.
