Neoantigen-sensitized T cells (Sichuan University) is a personalized cellular immunotherapy and vaccine combination being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including melanoma, bladder cancer, and colorectal cancer. The therapeutic process begins with the identification of patient-specific tumor mutations (neoantigens) through genomic sequencing of the patient's tumor tissue. These unique neoantigens are then used to pulse autologous dendritic cells (DCs) to create a personalized vaccine. These sensitized DCs are subsequently used to prime and expand autologous T cells *ex vivo*. The treatment regimen involves the administration of both the neoantigen-sensitized DC vaccine and the resulting sensitized T cells to the patient, with the goal of inducing a potent and specific cytotoxic immune response against tumor cells harboring those specific mutations.
