Overview

This is a personalized combination therapy consisting of: - **Neoantigen specific TCR-T cell drug product**: Autologous T cells genetically engineered to express T-cell receptors (TCRs) specifically recognizing patient tumor-associated neoantigens presented by that patient's HLA type. The TCRs are identified using bioinformatic and laboratory methods from the patient's tumor and blood, confirmed for neoantigen binding and specificity, then cloned and introduced into autologous T cells using genome engineering (e.g., CRISPR–Cas9 or Sleeping Beauty transposon systems)[1][2]. The TCR-T cells are expanded ex vivo and infused back into the patient to mediate targeted anti-tumor immune responses. - **Aldesleukin (recombinant Interleukin-2, IL-2)**: Given as adjunct cytokine therapy (usually subcutaneously or intravenously) to support proliferation, survival, and activity of infused TCR-T cells after adoptive transfer, and to potentially enhance anti-tumor immunity[1][2][3]. This combination is being investigated in early-phase clinical trials for various refractory or relapsed solid tumors by leveraging tumor-specific immunotherapy.
