Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Neoantigen TCR-T is a personalized cancer immunotherapy developed by ImmuneCare Biopharmaceuticals (also known as ImmuQuad). This cell therapy utilizes the company's proprietary immunomics and immune repertoire sequencing platform to identify patient-specific neoantigens. T cells are then engineered to express T-cell receptors (TCRs) that specifically recognize these unique tumor antigens. Once re-infused into the patient, these engineered T cells are designed to precisely target and eliminate tumor cells while sparing healthy tissue. The program is primarily focused on treating various solid tumors where personalized approaches are necessary due to the high heterogeneity of neoantigens across different patients.
