Overview

neoDC-Vx is an autologous, personalized dendritic cell (DC) cancer vaccine developed by The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University. The vaccine is produced by isolating a patient's own dendritic cells and priming them with tumor-specific neoantigens identified through genomic sequencing of the patient's tumor tissue. These neoantigens represent unique mutations present only in the cancer cells, allowing for a highly specific immune response. Once administered, the neoantigen-primed DCs present these targets to the patient's T cells, stimulating the expansion and activation of neoantigen-reactive T cells. neoDC-Vx is primarily investigated for the treatment of advanced refractory solid tumors, including sarcomas and lymphomas, often in combination with chimeric translational neoantigen-reactive T cells (cnTs) to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
