Overview
**NeoFuse** is an investigational allogeneic cell therapy developed by Mesoblast for use during instrumented posterolateral lumbar fusion. It comprises immunoselected, culture-expanded, nucleated allogeneic mesenchymal precursor cells delivered locally on a MasterGraft resorbable ceramic granule scaffold. The cellular product is intended to support osteogenesis and spinal arthrodesis, providing a potential alternative to autologous iliac-crest bone graft in patients undergoing lumbar fusion for degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, or degenerative spondylolisthesis.
