Overview
NEOG-100 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy developed by NeogenTC Corp. It is designed as a cell-based immunotherapy, where TILs are harvested from a patient's own tumor, expanded ex vivo, and then reinfused into the patient following non-myeloablative lymphodepletion. The primary mechanism involves replacing or augmenting the patient's lymphocytes to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. NEOG-100 is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for advanced breast cancer and lung cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer[1][4][5]. The therapy is administered intravenously after preparatory chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and fludarabine[5].
