Overview

NeoPep S is a new generation AIMP1-derived peptide (AdP) that has demonstrated effectiveness and safety in promoting wound healing and skin restoration. Its mechanism involves enhancing re-epithelialization and collagen regeneration, down-regulating various inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, IL-1β, MCP-1, and F4/80. Additionally, it modulates TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 to stimulate fibroblast proliferation, migration, and differentiation, and acts as a scavenger for nitrite and reactive oxygen species.
