Overview
NeoPep Vaccine2 (NPVAC-2) is a personalized therapeutic cancer vaccine designed to stimulate the immune system against tumor-specific neoantigens. Each batch of the vaccine is custom-manufactured for individual patients by identifying somatic mutations in their tumors and synthesizing up to 20 unique peptides corresponding to these neoantigens.
