NeoPUTTY MTA is a premixed, bioactive bioceramic mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) material developed by NuSmile for use in pediatric and general dentistry. It is specifically designed for procedures such as pulpotomy, indirect pulp capping, and root repair. As a premixed putty, it eliminates the need for manual mixing of powder and liquid, ensuring a consistent consistency and improved handling characteristics compared to traditional MTA. The material is bioactive, triggering the formation of hydroxyapatite to promote healing and create a biological seal. It is highly radiopaque, non-staining, and sets in the presence of moisture, making it highly effective for applications involving pulp tissue and moist dental environments.
