NeoSLP

NeoSLP is a personalized neoantigen synthetic long peptide (SLP) vaccine developed by the Jaime Leandro Foundation for Therapeutic Cancer Vaccines for the treatment of solid tumors, including pancreatic adenocarcinoma and glioblastoma. The vaccine is a peptide-based immunotherapy that utilizes patient-specific synthetic long peptides designed based on whole exome sequencing and predictive algorithms to identify unique tumor mutations. These neoantigens are intended to stimulate the patient's T-cells to recognize and attack cancer cells. The vaccine is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1b/2 clinical trial and is also available through the FDA's Expanded Access program for compassionate use.
