NeoTCR-P201 is a personalized, adoptive cell therapy consisting of autologous T cells engineered to express neoantigen-specific T-cell receptors (TCRs). Developed by PACT Pharma, the therapy utilizes a proprietary platform to identify patient-specific neoantigens presented by Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) molecules on the surface of tumor cells. Once identified, the corresponding TCR sequences are used to engineer the patient's own T cells, which are then expanded and re-infused to target and eliminate the tumor. This approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional TCR therapies by providing a truly personalized treatment tailored to the unique mutational profile of an individual's cancer. NeoTCR-P201 is primarily being investigated for the treatment of various solid tumors.
