Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NeoTIL is a form of adoptive cell therapy utilizing tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) that have been specifically enriched for tumor antigen specificity. This personalized immunotherapy approach involves extracting TILs from a patient's tumor, selectively expanding T cells that recognize tumor-specific neoantigens (mutated proteins unique to cancer cells), and reinfusing them to target cancer cells more effectively. The therapy typically includes lymphodepleting chemotherapy followed by low-dose irradiation (LDI) and NeoTIL infusion, often with high-dose IL-2 administration to support T cell function and persistence.
