Neridronate + recombinant human growth hormone is a combination therapy consisting of neridronate, a bisphosphonate, and recombinant human growth hormone (rGH). Neridronate acts by inhibiting bone resorption through osteoclast inhibition, thereby increasing bone mineral density (BMD) and reducing fracture risk. Recombinant human growth hormone stimulates linear growth, cell reproduction, and regeneration by binding to the growth hormone receptor and increasing production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which mediates many of its anabolic effects.
