NEUK203-215 is an allogeneic, healthy donor-derived chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy targeting both CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). Developed by Neukio Biotherapeutics, it is designed to treat severe, refractory autoimmune diseases by depleting B cells and plasma cells, which are key drivers of autoantibody production. The dual-targeting approach (CD19 for B cells and BCMA for plasma cells) aims to provide a more comprehensive immune reset than single-target therapies. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for conditions including systemic lupus erythematosus, diffuse systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myopathy, and autoimmune bullous dermatosis.
