Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Neuramis Volume Lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid (HA)-based dermal filler developed by the South Korean biopharmaceutical company Medytox. As the most viscous variant in the Neuramis product line, it contains 20 mg/mL of non-animal-sourced hyaluronic acid cross-linked using proprietary SHAPE™ technology, which involves a two-step cross-linking process with BDDE (1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether) and enhanced purification to ensure durability and safety. The formulation includes lidocaine to reduce pain during injection. It is primarily indicated for mid-face volume augmentation, restoration of facial contours (such as the cheeks, chin, and jawline), and the treatment of deep facial wrinkles. The product is approved in South Korea and China, supported by clinical trials demonstrating its efficacy in mid-face volume restoration.
