Neurexan is a multi-component homeopathic medicinal product developed by Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH, primarily indicated for the treatment of nervous restlessness, stress-related symptoms, and sleep disturbances such as short-term insomnia. The formulation consists of four active ingredients: *Passiflora incarnata* (passionflower), *Avena sativa* (oats), *Coffea arabica* (coffee), and *Zincum isovalerianicum* (zinc valerate). Neurexan is designed to modulate the stress response by stabilizing the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and reducing stress-induced cortisol levels.
