Overview

New E3 Ligase is a preclinical-stage drug discovery program by Sravathi AI Technology focused on identifying and developing novel E3 ubiquitin-protein ligases to expand the scope of Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera (PROTAC) technology. By discovering new E3 ligases beyond the commonly utilized cereblon (CRBN) and von Hippel-Lindau (VHL), the program aims to enable targeted protein degradation (TPD) with improved tissue specificity and reduced systemic toxicity. The program is currently in the Target Hit ID phase, serving as a platform or tool for the development of next-generation PROTAC therapeutics.
