Overview
New E3 Ligase is a preclinical-stage drug discovery program by Sravathi AI Technology focused on identifying and developing novel E3 ubiquitin-protein ligases to expand the scope of Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera (PROTAC) technology. By discovering new E3 ligases beyond the commonly utilized cereblon (CRBN) and von Hippel-Lindau (VHL), the program aims to enable targeted protein degradation (TPD) with improved tissue specificity and reduced systemic toxicity.
