Overview

NEX-20A is a long-acting formulation of lenalidomide, based on the PharmaShell system, intended for the maintenance treatment of multiple myeloma. It is administered as a subcutaneous prolonged-release injection, designed to provide controlled release of the drug for up to 21 days. Pharmacokinetic data from Phase 1 studies confirmed a release profile with a low initial release on the first day, which helps maintain plasma levels over the entire treatment period.
