Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NEXI-100 is an investigational oncology therapeutic candidate developed by NexImmune, utilizing the proprietary Artificial Immune Modulation (AIM) nanoparticle technology platform. Designed as an "off-the-shelf" injectable, these nanoparticles function as synthetic dendritic cells that engage, activate, and expand endogenous multi-antigen-specific T cells. The goal is to direct a potent, persistent, and precise T cell-mediated immune response against hematologic malignancies and solid tumors while minimizing off-target toxicities. As of 2023, NEXI-100 is in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
