NEXI-200 series

NEXI-200 series refers to a group of injectable modality-based immunotherapies developed by NexImmune for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and potentially other immune system disorders. These therapies are based on NexImmune’s proprietary Artificial Immune Modulation (AIM) nanoparticle technology platform, which is designed to orchestrate targeted T cell-mediated immune responses. The AIM nanoparticles function as synthetic dendritic cells that engage, activate, and expand endogenous T cells with antigen-specific precision and durability. The NEXI-200 series is being developed as an "off-the-shelf" cell therapy product intended for use in various autoimmune indications[2][3][6]. As of early 2025, the highest development phase reached by the NEXI-200 series is preclinical[2].
