Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Next Gen TROP2 ADC is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Vivasor (formerly Oqory). It is designed to target Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2), a glycoprotein frequently overexpressed in various epithelial cancers, including breast and lung carcinomas. This next-generation candidate is engineered for reduced immunogenicity and utilizes a novel payload-linker system, specifically employing either Camptothecin (C-lock) or Camptothecin/DXD (C-lock/DXD) as the cytotoxic payload. The drug is currently under investigation for the treatment of HER2-positive and HER2-negative breast cancers, as well as other advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
