Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NEXTGEN-TIL is an ex vivo next-generation neoantigen-selected Tumor-infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) therapy. It is an autologous cellular investigational product comprising a live cell suspension of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes derived from the patient's own tumor. These TILs are collected, expanded in the lab, and specifically selected based on their ability to recognize patient-specific neoantigens. The therapy aims to improve anti-tumor efficacy in patients with metastatic, refractory, epithelial cancers, as well as immune checkpoint blockade (ICB)-resistant solid tumors. Treatment involves a preparative non-myeloablative lymphodepleting (NMA-LD) chemotherapy regimen, followed by NEXTGEN-TIL product administration, and subsequent interleukin-2 (IL-2) infusion to support the expansion of the infused cells.
