**nfP2X7 chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy** is an autologous, genetically engineered **CAR-T cell therapy** being developed by **Biosceptre International** for the treatment of **solid tumors**. The therapy modifies a patient's T cells ex vivo to express a chimeric antigen receptor that recognizes **non-functional P2X purinoceptor 7**, a tumor-associated form of P2X7 reported to be present on a range of cancer cells while largely absent from healthy tissues. By redirecting T-cell recognition toward nfP2X7-expressing tumor cells, the product is intended to trigger antigen-specific T-cell activation and cytotoxic killing of malignant cells. Preclinical reports describe activity across multiple solid tumor models, including breast, prostate, lung, colorectal, brain, and skin cancers, and place the program in preclinical to near-clinical development within Biosceptre's BRiDGECAR platform.
