NG-350A

NG-350A is a tumor-selective, blood-stable oncolytic adenoviral vector based on the Enadenotucirev platform, engineered to express a fully human agonist anti-CD40 antibody. Developed by PsiOxus Therapeutics and evaluated in clinical trials sponsored by Cancer Insight, LLC, the therapy is designed for intravenous or intratumoral administration. It works by selectively replicating within and lysing tumor cells (oncolysis) while simultaneously producing the anti-CD40 antibody locally. This dual mechanism aims to activate dendritic cells and other antigen-presenting cells, thereby stimulating a potent systemic anti-tumor T-cell response and overcoming the immunosuppressive nature of the tumor microenvironment. It is primarily being investigated for the treatment of advanced epithelial tumors and metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, often as part of combination regimens with chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors.
