NGEN-122

NGEN-122 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf whole tumor cell vaccine being developed by NEUVOGEN for the treatment of gastric cancer. The vaccine is based on NEUVOGEN's proprietary platform, which utilizes genetically modified tumor cell lines engineered with activation technology to present a broad array of tumor antigens. This approach is designed to prime the patient's immune system to recognize and attack multiple targets on gastric cancer cells simultaneously, potentially addressing the challenges of tumor heterogeneity and immune escape. As an allogeneic product, NGEN-122 is intended to be an 'off-the-shelf' therapy, avoiding the complexities and delays associated with patient-specific autologous vaccines.
